This beautiful Yxing tea set with matching tea cups is block-shaped and brownish gray, decorated with blue and white enamel figures. On two sides these figures are flowers surrounded by blue and white shapes, perhaps leaves, resembling crescents. The top of the pot is also decorated by leaves/crescents, while the finial, handle, and spout feature complex geometric patterns in the same blue and white. The finial is topped with an 8-pointed star (like an asterisk) and its cylindrical structure is marked by rings of blue and white. The handle and the finial each feature connected squares and rectangles of blue and white. Winter Blossom is rich and distinctive in its intriguing combination of colors and designs
